ROSENTHAL, COLTON -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to supplemental brownfield credit reporting THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 171-r of the tax law is amended by adding a new subdivision (e) to read as follows: (E) THE COMMISSIONER, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE COMMISSIONER OF ENVI- RONMENTAL CONSERVATION, SHALL PUBLISH NO LATER THAN ONE YEAR AFTER THIS SUBDIVISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT, A SUPPLEMENTAL BROWNFIELD CREDIT REPORT CONTAINING THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION REGARDING THE CRED- ITS CLAIMED FOR THE YEARS TWO THOUSAND FIVE, TWO THOUSAND SIX, AND TWO THOUSAND SEVEN.
