BUCHWALD -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Peach lake as an inland waterway for purposes of waterfront revitalization THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- tive law, as separately amended by chapters 300 and 308 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows: (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Ballston, Big Tupper, Black, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, George, Great Sacandaga, [Honoeye] HONEOYE, Indian, Keuka, Long, Mirror, Oneida, Onondaga, Otisco, Otsego, Owasco, PEACH, Placid, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Seneca, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyoming) and Saranac, and the Fulton chain of lakes; S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD02876-01-5
