WEPRIN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the tolling of bridges controlled or operated by the city of New York THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new chapter 8 to read as follows: CHAPTER 8 BRIDGES SECTION 19-801 TOLLS. S 19-801 TOLLS. NO TOLLS OR OTHER CHARGES SHALL BE IMPOSED FOR VEHICU- LAR OR PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC FOR THE USE OF ANY BRIDGE CONTROLLED OR OPER- ATED BY THE CITY. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD02164-01-5
