BARRON -- read once and referred to the Committee on Energy AN ACT to amend chapter 522 of the laws of 2000, amending the state finance law and the general business law relating to establishing the underground facilities safety training account, in relation to extend- ing provisions of law relating to the underground facilities safety training account THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 522 of the laws of 2000, amending the state finance law and the general business law relating to establishing the underground facilities safety training account, as amended by chap- ter 372 of the laws of 2010, is amended to read as follows: S 4. This act shall take effect thirty days after it shall have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed October 1, [2015] 2020. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD07792-01-5
