CAHILL -- read once and referred to the Committee on Insurance AN ACT to amend chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the insurance law relating to a health savings account pilot program, in relation to extending the provisions thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the insurance law relating to a health savings account pilot program is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December 31, [2015] 2017 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11481-01-5
