 AN  ACT  relating  to  the  payment of aid to eligible municipalities in
   which a video lottery gaming facility is located

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 53 of the laws of
 2015, for the payment of aid to eligible municipalities in which a video
 lottery gaming facility is located pursuant to section 54-l of the state
 finance law, such municipalities shall receive aid in an amount equal to
 100  percent  of the aid which such municipalities received in the state
 fiscal year commencing April 1, 2008.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
 have been in full force and effect on the same date as chapter 53 of the
 laws of 2015 took effect.
